Gesprächsfeedback

Ich habe ein sehr angenehmes Kennenlerngespräch mit einer Mitarbeiterin des HR und der potentiell zukünftigen Vorgesetzten führen dürfen. Dabei war durchweg eine rundum angenehme, zugewandte und gegenseitig sehr interessierte Gesprächsatmosphäre. Das 2stündige Gespräch hätten wir noch lange weiterführen können, wäre da nicht ein Termin gewesen. Am Ende habe ich auf Wunsch auch noch eine kleine Werksführung erhalten, bei der auf all meine Fragen eingegangen wurde. Die dabei getroffenen Mitarbeitenden waren durchweg alle sehr freundlich und wirkten aufgeschlossen.

Hallo zusammen, Zunächst möchte ich mich herzlich für das freundliche und respektvolle Verhalten der Firma D.A.S. bedanken. Ich bin dankbar, dass sie Berufseinsteigern und unerfahrenen Personen wie mir diese Chance geben. Mein Sprachniveau ist nicht besonders gut, aber sie sind so geduldig und freundlich mit mir umgegangen, dass es kaum in Worte zu fassen ist. Selbst wenn ich das letzte Vorstellungsgespräch nicht bestehe, bin ich trotzdem froh, dass sie sich die Zeit für mich genommen und mir diese Möglichkeit gegeben haben.

In einem Wort: Freundlichkeit

- Sehr freundliche Gesprächspartner, auch schon im Vorfeld zur Terminabsprache am Telefon. - In der Räumlichkeit zum Gespräch konnte man sich als Bewerber wohlfühlen. Es herrschte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. -Man erhielt viele Informationen über das Unternehmen und die einzelnen Tätigkeitsfelder. Ein Produktionsrundgang veranschaulichte alles nochmal vortrefflich, sodass man sich ein gutes Bild machen konnte. -Mein Fazit: Ein sehr guter Bewerbungsprozess, auf einem Niveau wie man es wohl eher selten erlebt.
